Shipping Information
My stated policy is that if you place your order on Monday through Friday before 1:00PM PST
(Pacific Standard Time), it will be mailed out the same day. However, even if it's
after 1:00 PM PST, I will still do everything I can to send your order out the same day.
On international orders, I will do everything possible to get your order out the same day you
place the order, even if it's after 1:00PM PST.
I offer free First Class shipping for domestic orders. I can no longer offer free
First Class Airmail shipping for international orders. This is because we have had
too many orders not make it to their destination with this type of shipping.
Shipping Within the United States
If you live within the United States, you will receive your order in the time you expect.
Shipping Outside the United States
If you want your order in the fastest possible time, then you should choose Global Express
Guaranteed, which is delivered by FedEx. You will receive tracking
information with this type of shipping.
Originally, Global Express Guaranteed was guaranteed to arrive in 1 to 3 days, no matter where
you are. However now, it takes 2 to 8 days. The reason is Customs.
If you choose Express Mail International, it will take 7 to 14 days. You will also
receive tracking information with this type of shipping.
If you live in the European Union, it will probably take two weeks for you to get your order,
because the Customs clearing process has become ridiculous. I recently had one order
that sat in Dutch Customs for 1 week.
If you are an international customer, I apologize ahead of time. There is nothing I
can do about this. I suppose that in the age of terrorism that customs officials
have become more cautious. But, this is ridiculous. We are not that much
safer just because of your prolonged clearing process.
